Actually, there are two ways to recover deleted Photos from iPhone:
Way 1: Directly Recover deleted photos from iPhone. (for iPhone 4/3GS)
Way 2: Extract iTunes backup to recover iPhone photos
Way 3: Recover iPhone Deleted Photos from iCloud Backup
To recover deleted photos on iPhone, need an iPhone Data Recovery or iPhone Data Recovery for Mac first, download the free trial version below to check your deleted photos before you recover them.
Way 1: Directly Recover deleted photos from iPhone(Only for iPhone 4/3GS).
Step 1. Connect your iPhone to the computer
First of all, connect your iPhone 4/3Gs to the computer and run the program after installing. For iPhone 6S Plus/ 6S / 6 Plus / 6 / 5S / 5 / 4S, you need to follow the Way 2 or Way 3.
When the program detects your iPhone, switch to the "Advanced Mode". Then follow the description in the window to "Start" scanning your iPhone.
Step 2. Preview and recover deleted photos on iPhone
When the scan finishes, all found data will be listed in clear, organized categories. To preview your photos, you can choose Camera Roll or Photo Stream. Photos found here are not only those deleted, but also includes those still on your iPhone. when you synchronize your iPhone with iTunes, the previous data on your iPhone has been automatically stored to be a .sqlitedb file by iTunes. This backup file is going to be continually updated along with the later sync, and also the content can't be viewed or obtained. For that reason, in case you have synced your iPhone with iTunes, there exists a opportunity to recover deleted photos from iPhone.
Additionally there is a thing you must take notice: Don't sync your iPhone anymore after the photo loss, or the backup file will probably be updated and you'll never get them back from iTunes backup.
Step 1. Scan your iTunes backup
After installing and running the program, move to "Recover from iTunes Backup File" and you'll get the interface as follow. All your iTunes backup files have been found and displayed. Choose the one for your iPhone and click "Start Scan".

Step 3. Do backup well
In order to avoid losing your important photos, immedate backup is very important and useful. Don't forget to back up them on your computer well.
Way 3: Recover iPhone deleted photos from iCloud Backup
Step 1: Download and extract your iCloud backup
On the program main window, select the recovery mode "Recover from iCloud Backup File". Then login in your iCloud account, you will find some iCloud backup files, choose the right one and download & extract it, you will get the iPhone deleted photos.
Step 2: Preview and recover iPhone photos
Once the scan stops, you can preview all contents in the iCloud backup file. Choose the one you want to tick it, and then save it to your computer by clicking on the Recover button.
